Achieving up to 50% lower energy cost savings using TBS (Thermal Barrier System) panels. TBS Panel design reduces thermal bridging and air intrusion by approximately 100%, due to no conductive material making contact with the outside and inside environments.
Bug Free Exteriors
Closed cell EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) and exterior steel studs are not viable food sources. These materials resist bugs such as termites, wood ants, etc. Preventol is molded into the EPS as termite control. Preventol complies with IBC Section 2603.9 exception 2 or IRC Section R318.4 exception 2, as applicable.

Structurally engineered walls with interior 2x4 wood studs and exterior 20 gauge (33 MIL) or higher steel studs on two-foot center.

The TBS panels provide up to 30% faster framing time, therefore reducing overall building time. Additionally, some house plan packages include pre-framed interior walls and trusses further reducing build time.
The exterior walls combine durability and efficiency with three panel options: Metal/Wood, Wood/Wood (metal top and bottom plates), and Wood/Wood (wood top and bottom plates). The Metal/Wood panels feature exterior steel studs, while all panels include interior wood studs and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation in a compact 5.5-inch total wall thickness.
